A portion of the facility is dedicated to hosting our programs and outside groups looking for meeting, conferencing and dining facilities. Download a summary of our offerings.

Board Rooms, Conference Rooms & Auditorium (for groups of 2 to 200)
The main meeting spaces, the O'Brien and Lacy rooms, can seat up to 150 people each depending upon the room set-up. These rooms can also be divided into smaller areas.

The Board Rooms; Dorothy Day, Oscar Romero and Thomas Merton rooms; are just the right size for a group of 15-25 people. They also make excellent break-out rooms for larger groups and are conveniently located around the corner from the main meeting spaces.

The Fontbonne Auditorium is the largest areas seating up to 180 people and includes a stage.

We also offer some unique areas like a sun porch and two chapels.

All rooms have individual lighting controls and windows with blinds for natural lighting.

Parking is free and convenient. Access is barrier free. Full day and half day rates are available.

Technology & Equipment
Free wi-fi is available throughout the meeting spaces and guest rooms. A computer with internet access is available in the guest room area. A flat screen television/monitor, VCR, DVD, LCD projector, flip charts, piano and other equipment you may need for your event are available for rental.

Overnight Accommodations
Our guest rooms are air conditioned with one or two single beds, and a private bath with shower. We can accommodate up to 56 guests overnight in 29 rooms.

Dining & Snacks
Our professional culinary team is ready to provide just the right snacks and meals for your guests prepared right here in our fully-licensed kitchen. Most meals are served cafeteria style in the main dining room. An adjacent private dining room is also available. Some selections can also be provided in your meeting space or in the hallway just outside the door.

We offer traditional, vegetarian, organic and special occasion menus. Entrees range from soups and sandwiches to Grilled Salmon with a Honey Mustard Glaze. Breakfasts, beverages, snacks and Deb's decadent desserts are always a hit. The daily house menu offers an ample number of options to meet most dietary needs but selections for special needs can be confirmed in advance.

The sisters of the Congregation of St. Joseph believing in supporting our local economy and taking actions that help protect the environment. That's why we offer many locally-produced foods, filtered water instead of bottled water, and food is served on re-useable dinnerware whenever possible. Compostable & disposable dinnerware is used when necessary.

Rental Policy
Our conference and retreat center is open to secular and non-secular and all who value our commitment to promoting unity, reconciliation and harmony. While hospitality is a fundamental value, we reserve the right to be selective in our rental policy in order to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere consistent with the mission and purpose of our facility. We do not host personal events like weddings, anniversary parties and family reunions.
