New at Transformations
May 2010
  Fr. Richard Rohr

Hosting Fr. Richard Rohr in June is a blessing and a wonderful opportunity for all of us to meet and hear from this internationally known retreat director, speaker and writer.

Support Future Speakers

It is our goal to host a well-known speaker each year. We have developed a Speaker and Programming Fund to make this financially possible.

June 9, 2010, the evening before Fr. Rohr's presentation, he will be hosting a fundraising-dinner, with proceeds going to the Speaker & Programming Fund. The evening will include dinner, a short presentation from Fr. Richard and a signed copy of one of his books.

Tickets are $125. Gifts to the fund are tax-deductible as provided for in Section 501 (c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. The deductible value is $90. Sign-up online or call Chris at 269-381-6290 ext. 249.

New Grand Finales on the Menu

Our culinary team has been full-steam ahead developing a new dessert menu for our meeting guests and they've outdone themselves. Below is a sampling of their new creations.

These tasty bites have been added to our menu so be sure to ask for them when you book your next meeting. They're excellent after a meal, or as a mid-afternoon snack with coffee.

Chocolate Mousse
Yes, that's Chocolate Mousse in chocolate cups. There's white chocolate mousse topped with a raspberry. Milk chocolate with whipped cream on top. And that cute one in front with the chip on top is a dark chocolate mousse.

The way tarts were meant to be -

Some call them Chocolate Krispies - the culinary team just calls them addicting. Krispies, marshmallow and chocolate rolled into one. How can you go wrong?
