New at Transformations
January 2012

New Year greetings to one and all!

May your days be blessed and bright as we begin another new year. In these early days of winter we look toward the annual ritual of making resolutions that, regrettably many of us forget, break or ignore before the end of the first week. This year I am resolved to not make promises-even to myself-that I won't keep. Instead I resolve to become more self aware, to be more conscious in responding to the innumerable daily opportunities to make more healthy and wholistic choices both for myself and for our earth. And we invite you to do the same. There are those who say that 2012 will be a year of paradigm shift in world culture. As you review the many exciting programs and retreats being offered by Transformations over the next months, consider a shift in your own life paradigm. Resolve to join us in tending to your personal and spiritual well-being. Come walk with us in 2012-renew and refresh your spirit. We resolve to be good companions on your journey...
